With your Solstice HMO dentists are contracted to offer benefits specifically for your plan. An open access plan so you are able to choose any dentist from the network, and set co-payments on your procedures helps to maximize your out-of-pocket savings.

Solstice Plus Plan One offers set co-pay on over 100 dental procedures, and has an open access network. This plan offers a lower monthly cost, and coverage at an in-network facility. If a procedure is not listed in your fee schedule then it is covered at a 20% savings.

How does a Dental Discount Plan work?

With your Solstice Plus Plan One dentists are contracted to offer benefits specifically for your plan. An open access plan so you are able to choose any dentist from the network, and set co-payments on your procedures helps to maximize your out-of-pocket savings. With a large network of doctors to choose from, you are in full control over where to set your appointments.

As a Association Benefits Group member, you and your family members will enjoy the benefits of fully comprehensive dental coverage offered by Solstice Dental Plans. Solstice Plus Plan Complete plan offers lower monthly cost and set copays at the facility for over 100 procedure codes. Plan features an open access network, so you are not assigned to a facility. You can go to any facility of your choice in the network. If a procedure is not listed at a set copay on your schedule of benefits, we still have you covered at a 20% savings. We will work with you to find the plan and dentist for your family.

How does a Discount Plan work?

​

With your Solstice Discount Plan you have set copayments, no annual deductibles, and no maximum for covered benefits. When you are at the dental facility, you just pay the price listed in your plan for the procedure you have done, and that’s it. No claims to fill out, no waiting for reimbursements! It’s that easy!
